Crazy slow service. This location is frequently out of ice cream. They are also regularly out of other items like iced tea. I'm not sure what it is about Raytown that the fast food restaurants give you enough time to nap in the drive thru, but this McDonald's is no exception. Fortunately, the employees are usually cheerful and helpful. For that reason, I have to give them 3 stars. Otherwise it would be 2.
